Cellular Analysis and Cytometry

Cellular analysis uses impedance (Coulter Multisizer) and flow cytometry for sizing, counting, and characterizing cells by scatter and fluorescence. Instruments include BD Accuri, Fortessa, Cytek Aurora, and Beckman Cytoflex. Sorting is via BD FACS Aria IIIu/Melody; imaging via Amnis Imagestream X. Capabilities now include imaging mass cytometry (Hyperion) and mass cytometry (Helios CyTOF).

Services

Our services include advanced cellular analysis and sorting services. We provide impedance-based sizing and counting with the Coulter Multisizer, and flow cytometry using BD Accuri, LSRII, Fortessa, and Cytek Aurora systems. High-precision cell sorting is available with BD FACS Aria and Fusion. Additional capabilities include imaging with Amnis Flowsight, microbioreactor monitoring, and imaging/mass cytometry for deep tissue analysis.
