Genome Analysis
The Genome Analysis Core provides genome and phenotype characterization from microbes to mammalian cells. Services include 16S/18S/ITS profiling, targeted and whole-genome sequencing, HLA typing, antibody sequencing, genome-editing validation, CNV analysis, single-cell RNA/DNA sequencing, qPCR/dPCR assay design and validation, and ELISA.
Services
Our services include advanced genomic services including high-throughput real-time qPCR, digital PCR for absolute quantification, and single-cell RNA sequencing with 3’, 5’, and ATAC library preparation. Technologies include Fluidigm BioMark, Bio-Rad QX200 ddPCR, Applied Biosystems RT-PCR, 10X Genomics Chromium, and BioRad ddSEQ. Additional services include nucleofection, RNA quality control, and spectrophotometric analysis.
